This is a Law & Order CI one where James Urbaniak is a mini-Frasier who woos cultured woman with opera and art galleries before telling them they have to have sex with zoo vet/meathead Todd Stashwick (who I think coached my first Harold team back in ‘99. Either him or one of his Burn Manhattan teammates) as he watches. Then the two men infect the women with animal diseases and high-five each other. In this picture, Todd is also wearing a bootleg (or just shitty?) shirt of the anime Vash the Stampede. MORAL: Law & Order: CI is both the pinnacle and nadir of television entertainment.  SECOND MORAL: I have these varied pockets of near-useless information to call on and yet, I can’t remember my own address.
